I remember standing in front of the statue of Robert A. Long—the lumber baron who built my home city and left a legacy that still stands today. I wondered: How could I ever live a life with that kind of meaning?

For years, I looked successful on paper—moving from youth pastor, to sales, to teaching, and eventually into tech leadership. But inside, I felt restless. Each role gave me something, yet none brought the fulfillment I was searching for.

The turning point came when I uncovered my core values and motivations. For the first time, I understood why restlessness had followed me from job to job—and how alignment could finally bring clarity and confidence.

Since then, I’ve earned an MBA in Strategic HR Management from George Fox University, led technical sales teams at one of the largest tech companies in the world, and built my career around helping people thrive.

I’ve also been married to my wife, Tamra, for over 20 years, and together we’ve raised two amazing children. Family has taught me what work confirmed: true fulfillment comes from alignment, not titles.

That’s why I coach. Because I know what it feels like to wonder if there’s more—and I know how powerful it is when you finally find it.
